A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Ponche de Pina, with pineapples, water, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, sugar, coconut milk and light rum.
Mixing instructions, directions, method:
1. Peel pineapples, chop and shread. Add water and let stand overnight.
2. Add pineapple to a large saucepan with spices, sugar, and coconut milk. Boil for 5 minutes, and strain into a large pitcher. Add rum and serve hot.
3 cups water
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp allspice
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1 qt light rum
Serve in a Pitcher
