Combine the juices, grenadine and egg in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

2 oz orange juice
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 egg yolk
