Boil water and dissolve the sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot and sprinkle with nutmeg.

1 liter water
500 g sugar
75 cl dark rum
40 cl lemon juice
1 tsp Angostura® bitters
Serve in a White Wine Glass
