A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Virgin Banana Colada, with banana, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice.
Mixing instructions, directions, method:
Cut the banana into chunks, and add to a blender. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve.

1 very ripe banana
6 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
