A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Strawberry Bolle, with apple cider, Champagne, strawberries and sugar.
Mixing instructions, directions, method:
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider. Chill for several hours. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine. Serve in small wine glasses.
Ingredients:
3 bottles chilled apple cider
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1 kg sliced and hulled strawberries
8 tbsp sugar
Serve in a White Wine Glass
